These terms govern your access to and use of Molliora’s services. By applying for membership or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service
Molliora provides health coordination and family health management services. We coordinate care, organise records, and support informed decisions. Molliora does not practise medicine, does not provide a diagnosis, and does not replace the relationship between you and your treating physicians.
Membership
Membership is offered by application and invitation. We review each application personally and reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. Membership terms, fees, and the scope of services are set out in your membership agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and to keep your access credentials secure. You remain responsible for your own medical decisions and for following the guidance of your treating clinicians.
No medical advice
Information made available through Molliora is for coordination and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Intellectual property
All content and materials provided through the service remain the property of Molliora or its licensors. You may use them only as permitted under your membership.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molliora’s liability arising from the service is limited as set out in your membership agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where Molliora GmbH is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
