Not an app. Not a platform. Not a membership with a brochure. A number — passed quietly from one family to another — that reaches people whose only work is to make things happen, wherever things need to happen.
We hold no office hours because the world holds none. The call is answered by someone with the authority to act, at once, on whatever the night has produced.
Who we work with, and what we have done for them, is not written here. That is rather the point.
We have been asked for

We do not promise the impossible — no one honest can. We promise to attempt it: immediately, discreetly, with everything we have. And more often than is reasonable, it happens.
When it cannot be done, you will hear it from us within the hour — together with what can.
On terms
This is not a free service.
Nor is it for everyone. Our fees are considerable, quoted in advance, and agreed before we act — no meters running, no surprises. What they buy is simple: it gets done.
The first sentence costs nothing. Everything after is agreed before we begin.
Somewhere, it is always 3 a.m. The line does not close.
