Graded for confidence
Every study is rated using the GRADE methodology — from systematic reviews of randomised controlled trials through to expert opinion. Recommendations are graded accordingly, so you and your Health Director always know the strength of the evidence behind a decision.
Preliminary or low-certainty evidence is clearly labelled as such, and any guidance that rests on it is presented as exploratory rather than established. The Library is a living resource, reviewed regularly as new evidence changes the consensus on a clinical question.
